For over a hundred years, we have operated in this segment building reliable, transparent and fully traceable supply chains. Everything begins with a meticulous search for sources: we source from Europe and Asia to provide our clients with the finest and most exclusive qualities of duck, goose and recycled feather and down.
A key element in the sourcing phase is the partnership with trusted suppliers, who grant us direct access to their supply chains to verify full compliance with hygiene and animal welfare standards. Our traceability system is certified according to the leading international standards, including RDS, DownPass and other recognised protocols.
Once the material enters our facilities, it undergoes a complex production cycle that ensures high technical performance, the highest levels of cleanliness and consistent quality. Our production sites are periodically inspected by the local health authority (ASL), registered with the Ministry of Health and operate according to rigorous control standards.

Our product range includes virtually all types of goose and duck down, although our strength lies in the highest qualities, where we have specialised and achieve the largest volumes.
For all the down we process, we guarantee compliance with the most stringent hygiene and health regulations and compatibility with the most common labelling standards. We work with some of the top brands in the clothing industry and garments filled with our down are sold worldwide.

White Quality and Selection Technologies
One of our key strengths is the ability to thoroughly remove dark clusters naturally present in white down. To achieve this, we use a sophisticated scanner system, enabling us to guarantee a superior degree of whiteness in our down. Our “pure white” qualities can be used in direct-injection garments, even with highly transparent fabrics.
Feather
In addition to down, Molina offers a wide range of goose and duck feather, both de-downed and with a down content from 5% to 50%, according to client requirements. Our feather types are washed, sterilised and tested for long-lasting durability, making them ideal for filling high-quality sofa cushions and pillows.
