Feather and Down
Feather and down processing is Molina’s core business. In over a hundred years of activity in this market segment, we have built reliable and fully traceable supply chains. We are able to source the finest quality duck, goose and recycled down in both Europe and Asia. Our multiple production facilities enable us to offer the best service to clients, ensuring the same quality standards and reduced delivery times worldwide.
Down Alternative
Technological innovation is integrated into the production of high-tech fillings such as polyester and microfibre, valid alternatives to down and feathers.
Molina offers a wide range of synthetic products used and appreciated worldwide as ecological, healthy and high-performing solutions.
Downproof Fabrics
We have created a textile department specialising in feather finishing and downproof fabrics, enabling us to offer clients a range of treatments. We are constantly improving and growing, adopting the most advanced technologies and automation. We carry out flame-retardant and water-repellent treatments in-house. A special and innovative instrument allows us to check the air permeability of fabrics with 25 measurements per metre, ensuring total uniformity.
Bedroom Products
Molina has an in-house department equipped with cutting, sewing and filling lines for the production of pillows, decorative cushions, duvets and quilts. All our finished products are made in Italy and distributed to the leading operators in the home textile and hospitality sectors. All processes maintain over time the characteristics of absolute craftsmanship.
